Steve is a highly results orientated executive with a proven track record of consistent profitability within manufacturing and supply chain operations. Steve has held positions of either Financial Director or Managing Director for the last 25 years including 3 years as Chief Executive for the Welsh Rugby Union. Steve’s interests are centred round Rugby and his family with his two sons playing professionally and his daughter, a captain in the British Army, has just returned from a tour in Afghanistan. |

Nick has seventeen years’ experience in the telecommunications market, working at Alternative Networks plc and Maintel plc before joining Solar Communications as Sales Director in February 2013. He is passionate about helping companies to use technologies to give them a competitive advantage and also about nurturing and mentoring both individuals and teams.

| Emily Dye Customer Services Manager
Emily joined Solar in 2010 on the Service Delivery team and since then has been the living example of Solar’s policy of promoting home-grown talent. Moving from Service Delivery to Training, Emily built the training department from an idea to a successful reality. In the process, she became one of the few female qualified ShoreTel engineers in Europe. Emily combines her service and technical skills in her role as Customer Services Manager, which she started in January 2013.
