Once an issue is reported it will be allocated a ‘Fault Number’ and assigned a priority depending on the nature of the fault and the impact it is having upon business operations.
Our 5 Support Commitments
Solar Communications take supporting our customers extremely seriously. In line with this approach we commit to:
- Responding to all queries within 24 hours.
- Recording accurately all communication with our clients.
- Answering all calls within 4 rings.
- To provide regular updates when a fault is outstanding.
- We will meet our SLA obligations or forewarn clients if this is not possible.
Keeping You Updated
Regular updates for any fault that remains outstanding will be provided: the frequency of which will depend on the priority assigned to the fault. ‘Critical’ issues, for example, will be updated at least twice a day.
You can of course call us quoting the ‘Fault Number’ at any time for an update or alternatively you may visit the support portal www.solarsupport.co.uk to view the status of an issue you have reported.
