In particular Anna in your Customer Services Department has been able to find solutions to problems I have had and has used her practical disposition to find them at a cost that is acceptable. The engineers have been wonderful. They explain the system in terms that I can understand and have helped me to be able to describe our problems to them so they are able to diagnose and assist us quickly and efficiently. Your teams have friendly dispositions and are approachable and reliable. As part of my team of contracts enabling services to our organisation they are indispensible in terms of service and reliability. As a charity we must ensure that we spend the money entrusted to us responsibly and wisely, we have to make sure that we do not waste a penny. Solar has helped us ensure that our phone systems work well and to high standards.
About a year ago we had a power surge to our building accidently wiping out all communications as well as all services such as heating, security etc. For any organisation this scenario is nothing short of a disaster, for ours, dealing with vulnerable people, it was exacerbated tenfold.
Your engineers and your customer services representives worked between them as it was unexpected and caused serious problems with your existing workloads. The team at Solar pulled together to make sure that their existing workloads were still met and we were dealt with swiftly. This was during a very difficult time as all calls to our organisation were being directed to my personal mobile with my mother backing me up on a divert and taking messages for the company. It was extremely difficult for me to phone out to your engineers and for them to phone in to me, often we had to pass messages through my mother who knows nothing about our organisation of our systems in order to communicate making it harder. It was such a relief to know that I could rely on the team at Solar to solve the problems with the phones while all around me our customers were getting upset, my colleagues panicking, other contractors working to solve problems, get power on, stop the alarms going off - simply put it was chaos.
Solar's team of engineers and administration staff took that worry away from me and were incredibly supportive and hard working. They got on with the job and worked exceptionally hard to help my organisation bringing in communications where there were none and working to repair and restore our communication systems to full working order, which, considering the extent of the damage done. was a very short period of time - I had expected it to take longer. They kept me up to date on progress throughout the entire process and did not once let me down. There are not enough words to describe how very thankful I am to them for making those few days that much easier. They didn't even complain about the lack of cups of tea or the freezing cold building! It is such a relief knowing that if I ever have to deal with another crisis situation that I will have the back up and help from the team at Solar.
It is typical of the service levels from Solar to be exceptional - I have come to expect such high standards of service as the normal from Solar and the team.
When I call Solar I know that I am going to be speaking to people I can trust and rely on. I know that I can phone with a problem or query and that the team will always be honest with me, helpful and imaginative to solve it. They have great senses of humor, all work hard towards achieving exceptional standards and when there is a rare mistake made they are very quick to rectify it. Solar employees work as a team to achieve results and they do it exceptionally well.
