We believe effective training is the most important part of your implementation.  It maximises ROI in your new system and decreases demand on your IT staff.  That’s too important a job to trust to just anyone.  That’s why we employ a dedicated TPMA certified trainer, who also happens to be a UC product expert.  And they’ll be with you from planning, through implementation and beyond.
