One of the key benefits of MySolar is the fact it centralises all of the information about your estate in a single location. No more searching for support tickets or account information, you now have access to both open and historic tickets in a single view. This is especially useful when you want to get in touch with us, however a great addition to the portal is the fact that you can get in touch with support via:

  • Raising a ticket natively in the app
  • Emailing your support query
  • Opening a video chat with the support desk
  • Requesting a call back with your account manager

How do I register?

To gain access to MySolar, simply navigate to You will be requested to enter your email and some additional information. If your a valid contact within the system you will receive a password reset email as well as confirmation on how to login.

If for any reason your contact information is not on the system please speak the support team or your account manager to get you added.

How do I add users?

We are currently working on features for authorised users of your business to manage the users. This feature is expected in Q4 of 2017, in the meantime if you need additional users setup please contact your account manager or service desk.

What's the difference between a user and an admin?

Ahead of the GDPR deadline, we sent out some communications asking you to identify who the authorised user was to make Moves, Adds and Changes on your account. If you were identified as such, you will have full access to the portal with full functionality, whereas a regular user will have some restrictions in place around the management of data in order to protect your account. If you think you have been assigned the incorrect status, you will need to get in touch in order to authorise this change.

How much does MySolar cost?

If you are a customer of Solar’s, MySolar is absolutely free – all you need to do is register and you are good to!

What do I do if I notice there is an issue with my account?

If you notice any information is incorrect or something is not functioning properly, please drop us a message on and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible.

How can I pay in the shop?

If you would like to use the shop within MySolar there are 2 options to pay; first you can pay securely using your credit or debit card through Sage, or you also have the option to order on credit for which you will need a PO for and this will be added to your company’s next bill.
