I joined Solar as a Computer Networks and Security graduate – I work on the Service Desk where my time is spent helping customers with any issues they have ranging from basic requests such as voicemail password resets through to highly complex issues affecting multiple phone systems and installation sites, every day is different! My goal is to progress on the network side of things and with the type of solutions that Solar offer I know I am in the right place to work towards my future ambitions. Since day 1 I have enjoyed working at Solar, the team are very welcoming & the environment is fast-paced but also relaxed and supportive
